RIM is supported solely through the generous donations of time and/or money from people and businesses who want to help make a difference in the lives of Maine students. Your help provides:
- Team registration fees
- Classroom Kits for Teachers
- Replacement of Materials
- Maine Tournaments
- Teacher/Mentor Training
- Robotics Community Development
- Volunteer for Events (Technical expertise not required for many roles)

When you donate, you may indicate a special designation as the purpose of your gift on your check or in an accompanying letter, or ask us to designate it for you as needed.
Founded in 2012, the Robotics Institute of Maine (RIM) is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Maine with a goal to ignite a passion in Maine students to consider STEM-based careers through the development of educational robotics programs.
